We offer free instant exchanges for all Boundless Shorts & T-Shirts that are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, original tags attached) and sent back within 30 days of your order date. For Everyday Shorts & MVP Joggers: All sales are final. Once these are gone, they're gone for good. We won't be restocking them, ever!

Shipping is only about $3 (calculated at checkout based on where you're located). Your order will be fulfilled in 1-2 days and arrive to your doorstep typically only 2-5 days after that!

We place quality on a pedestal, so all of Bamboo Ave's products are covered under a 2 year warranty. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we'll take care of your product if any damage to the fabric or craftsmanship of the product occurs. Just shoot us an email at contact@bambooave.com and we’ll work together to make it right by sending you a new product as soon as possible.

We work with top manufacturers to create durable, high-quality products that are built to last. The warranty does not cover lost items, damage that comes from normal wear & tear or improper use of our products..

Our Boundless Shorts are made from 38% upcycled coconut husks (Cocotex), 50% recycled plastic bottles (Repreve) & 12% spandex. This combination makes it the most comfortable clothing in the game that you can also feel good about.

We highly recommend:
- Washing in cold water
- Tumble drying on low or air-drying
- Never ironing

If you choose to throw your Boundless Shorts in the dryer, we recommend tying or knotting the strings so they don't come out while in the dryer.

Absolutely. Our suppliers are part of our business and we treat them like family! To ensure ethical working standards and conditions are present, we have regular factory inspections and reports conducted.
