Returns: Simple & Painless!
If you’d still prefer a return, we make it easy too. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a small shipping & handling fee. Just allow up to 5-10 business days after we receive your return for processing. Please note: In order to process your return, the item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached, and completely unworn. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.

This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we'll take care of your product if any damage to the fabric or craftsmanship of the product occurs. Just shoot us an email at contact@bambooave.com and we’ll work together to make it right by sending you a new product as soon as possible.
